Great for practice pads and travel

I've used this stand when travelling with a snare, and at home with a practice pad.

The stand is extremely light but stable, and I found the included cover gave me peace of mind when transporting the stand. I would recommend this stand to everyone except heavy hitters, as I don't think it would last long in such an environment.

This snare stand Yamaha SS3 is the best lightweight stand that I have used so far, it is easy to set up and pack up and the best feature is light weight!
As a working musician this is by far the best snare stand!

Yamaha hw suunnittelun ja toteutuksen laadukkuus näkyy tässäkin tuotteessa. Alumiininen ständi ei ole luonnollisesti ole yhtä vakaa verrattuna perinteisiin tuotteisiin. Myöskään säätöjen toiminta ei ole aivan yhtä täsmällistä. Standin mukana tulee erillinen suojapussi, koska alumiini saattaa naarmuuntua herkästi. Parasta tässä tietenkin kuitenkin sen keveys. Kun sain paketin käsiini, en ollut uskoa sen painon perusteella, että laatikossa on ständi sisällä. Tällä kokemuksella aion hankkia jatkossa kaikki standit alumiinista, koska roudaus ja raahaus helpottuu niin paljon.

Hyvää on myös se, että normaalia leveämpi Kumun 14" SuperWoodHoop virveli sopii juuri ja juuri sändille.

Überraschend stabil

Ich habe durch Youtube-Werbung erstmals von der Yamaha Crosstown Serie erfahren.
Daraufhin legte ich mir den Snare Stand zu und war über mehrere Dinge überrascht:

1. das unglaublich geringe Gewicht.
2. die Stabilität
3. den geringen Preis

Trotz des geringen Gewichts ist der SS3 sehr stabil und ultraschnell aufzubauen. Bei der Menge an Hardware die ich durch die Gegend stemme, ist jedes eingesparte Kilo erfreulich.
Ob der SS3 auch in einem Jahr noch so stabil sein wird, werde ich durch den Dauereinsatz erfahren. Werde diese Bewertung dann updaten.
