I bought this to power our Yamaha PSR 1500 @ church and it worked as it should. I gave it 4 star cause the actually part that plugs into your socket is not included. But any flat screen power cord (C7) can be used instead.

I bought this power adapter to carry with me as a spare adapter in the keyboard bag. It works perfectly with my Yamaha P-255 piano. A bit pricey. But this i what you have to take when going for original manufacturer parts.

Yamaha PA-300C is original adapter for many yamaha keyboards
i needed to replace ac adapter for my PRS 1000. only the original adapter work correctly.
I have no electric noise, no problem to connect, safe and intense use guaranteed.
yes: manifacture, work very well
no: it's too expensive

A good power adapter overall

Let me say that this is a quality product. I know so because I own a working piece for my Ydp-164 which is constantly plugged in and use it everyday for the last 3.5 years. But. I would expect a power cable included with the adapter which isn't. Not cool Yamaha, not cool for 69 euro. I also think that this is an overpriced adapter.
