I rate these over all other straplock on the market currently available. They are superbly made and add to the look of any instument. Simple to attach and detatch with a simple push on the button.
The only downside is that the mounting screws have a small diameter head which can cause problems if you like to use the existing screws from your original strap buttons. I recently fell foul of this on a Gibson V as that had huge screws so the Warwick buttons were out of the question as the screws fell into the hole left on the guitar body. It was not possible to use the GIbson screws as they have large heads which would not slide into the bottom of the straplock which they have to do for the system to worK
That said, it's the first time I've ever had that problem.
After trying some of the other brands for straplocks I found these to be the best (at least for me). Quality is solid and when properly locked these won't let go of your instrument. The construction is almost frictionless too so the locks won't grind against the posts and move them. I've had a few schallers come loose from the body due to the horseshoes moving/rotating the post with them while playing thus loosening the mounting screws. However these are not flawless. The mounting screws that come with these are rather soft and extra care is needed while screwing them in.
