IL
cheap and very cheerful
Ian L. 15.11.2019
i got asked to do an am-dram "into the woods" and everyone told me it was trumpet in C, so after much stressing about transposing all night i bit the bullet and bought a C trumpet, figured it was only a week, am dram, no-one would know, and it if makes the gig a bit easier then so much the better.

well, let me tell you. i love this hooter! apart from some ultra-cheap no-name hooter i got off eb*y a couple of years ago this is the cheapest trumpet i own (out of 17) but it's a joy to play, certainly responsive enough for a pit gig, bright enough to cut through, room enough to give it some beans when the baddie comes on, valves are on a par with my challenger or carol, the hardest part of playing it was getting my ears used to being a tone out. as with all thomann gear, if all you want is 'something for the weekend' that'll get stowed on top of the wardrobe or kept in the car boot as a spare you could do a lot worse than to get one of these.

Excelent!
Reasonator777 02.11.2018
I'm a multi-instrumentalist and I write and record my own music. I'm primarily a Guitar player but I also play drums, keys, bass and trumpet. I record very quickly sometimes on the fly and I wanted a C trumpet so I could just transfer melodies quickly from guitar or keyboard to trumpet without transposing. This trumpet works great right out of the box, the valves are very responsive and the intonation seems fine. I previously had a Tromba plastic C trumpet but the 3rd valve was sticky and plastic just will not resonate like brass but I didn't want to drop 2,000 dollars on C trumpet. This trumpet rocks especially for the price! The trumpet arrived in Southern California in less than a week. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone! Peace.

Love this horn!
Gina321 28.02.2018
The sound, the response, everything was wonderful! Has a clear, light crisp sound - perfect for my orchestral pieces. The valve response out of the cases was spot on - didn't have to immediately add valve oil.

Customer service was wonderful!

Would definitely recommend this trumpet and the company to everyone. Would definitely purchase again!

Great Instrument
Gorkloter 05.06.2013
This trumpet has made a super addition to my collection. It is just as good as a lot of the mid-range instruments I have tried over the years but is much cheaper.

The tone of the instrument has a brightness, typical of a trumpet in C, and with the extra set of slides in Bb, makes it a good instrument for lead trumpet work in a large concert band.
