Good mallets

At the beginning: One may expect for 15 ¤ no Kolberg quality. But: the mallets make a very good impression.

Packaging: The mallets are packed in a plastic film, does not make a particularly good impression - but that is deceptive. The Mallets feel very good when they first take it in hand. They do not smell unpleasant like paint, chemicals or anything else, just wood (that's how it has to be). The head is mmn hard enough for a "hard" mallet.

The sticks are balanced (neither very head nor butt-heavy), they are light (perfect for the French grip, which you need at the kettle drum) and are well in the hand.

Sound: The hard sticks produce a nice, focused sound, leave no dents - and do not louse! Accurate sixteenth-note triplets in fast tempi are as little of a problem as SF hits and accents.

I got a set of all four (PSH0, PSH1, PSH2 and PSH3) pairs - does not cost even 60 EUR and is really worth his money!

From me there's (especially for beginners and little players) a clear buy recommendation.
