Good stand. No holes in it! I like that. I use it when teaching and sometimes want to write something on paper that is on the stand. My previous stand had holes, which was particularly annoying in this regard. It's good on stage too that the audience doesn't see the mess of paper on the stand. Easy to transport, splits in two. Lightweight and robust.
I couldn't decide between this one and the more expensive K&M stands, but I went with the Thomann one based on my very positive experience with Thomann's own brand items.
I was very happy when I opened the package this morning, it came in three pieces the stand, the join and the solid black backing. Which to my surprise meant it can be detached easily for transportation, a huge plus in my opinion!
The quality is excellent, and it is sturdy enough for my needs; holding an iPad, some light books and a few sheets to write on. I don't know how it will hold up with a heavy book, but I'm sure it'd be more than suitable.
