as new, this mallet is a little rough to the touch, and the leather finishing is a bit unclean, but it works as a bowl mallet, works well for bowing, and at this cost it's a good purchase. After some use, once the surface is smoother, I expect the bare side will sound nicer. The leather side I've had to roughen a bit already.

Gut, dass ich ihn dazubestellt habe

denn, der eine beigefügte Schläger zu einer Klangschale hatte keine Lederseite...

Die Größe ist perfekt...ich dachte zuerst, dass er vielleicht zu groß sein könnte (das kleinere Modell war ausverkauft), aber nun bin ich froh, dass ich diese Größe gekauft habe. Liegt sehr gut in der Hand,
Sehr gut verarbeitet...

Ich nutze den Schlägel in meinen heimischen Wänden nur mit der Lederseite, da ich das Anschlagen mit der reinen Holzseite als zu laut empfinde. So kann ich genau dosieren, wie laut (bzw. sanft) ein Anschlag sein soll.

J'ai découvert le bol chantant avec ce maillet, il est correct pour découvrir, il rempli bien ses fonctions, reste a voir dans le temps (j'y crois moyennement après 1 an)
