Superb quality and rock steady

My first Tama hardware, this cymbal stand is multi-adjustable, so I can get my ride cymbal in just the right place, perfectly balanced, solid, and built like a Rolls Royce - beautiful. The only negative is there are no memory locks, like on my old Pearl hardware, but an easy fix, just a piece of tape and a marker pen - sorted. Having owned Pearl and Premier drums & hardware over the years, this is definitely a leap forward in quality (I wish I could say the same about my playing, as that as rusty as some of my 30-year-old hardware!) Now I just need to (funds permitting) get the Tama kit next, as my old Premier kit is showing it's age too...!

An exceptionally well built cymbal stand. Very manoeuvrable, solid and easy to set up.

The 'quick release' QC8 cymbal mate are a great design and immediately preferable to a wing nut.

In my opinion Tama hardware is some of the best- true quality in design. Thomann's service was fantastic as ever.

I got this to mount by ride cymbal on top of my kick drum.
It seems that this stand will last forever and the it can take quite a lot of load.
Only drawback is that, due to its robustness, it is quite heavy.

Overall I would highly recommend it.

Excellent stability, just lacks memory locks.

Great quality stand, with a counterweight. I use two of these, and the boom arms are long enough to be able to mount my crashes upfront comfortably in a double bass setup. The only downside is that I had to purchase the memory locks separately as they aren’t included. Other than that, a great stand, and of the exceptionally high standard that Tama hardware usually holds itself to.
