The leather doesn't bend very well so it feels unnatural and get's stuck in the pedal. Not very reliable to use but I did however use it for a Millenium pedal which used a chain so it might be because it wasn't built for leather straps.

I didn't like it but I probably wasn't using it right. It never broke so it's quite reliable.

Great solution for giant steps - just expensive

After I got along very well with the Yamaha pedal on my second set with the (included !!) straps I wanted to try it out at the Giant Step. Are quieter than the chain (which you really do not actually hear). However, the feeling of playing tells me a lot, because the bands give way a little. The straps would buy again despite the high price. However, such a strap should be included with a high-end foot machine ...
