Very good for voice
Rattsburg, 11.01.2019
It feets my voice (light tenor); a very neutral sound, what I needed.

I had heard good about this microphone, Since I wanted to stock up my microphone cabinet, I ordered a pair of KSM32SL. I have not had it for long, but I'm thrilled. Of course, a microphone does not always fit in every situation, but the KSM32 often fits.

Vocal / RAP
For voices with strong S lutes, this microphone takes them much less than, for example, our U87. It is a bit "darker" but not dull. The voices prevail, the pressure point is right. I perceive them as very EQ friendly microphones.
With an AIR band of an EQ's still something "silk" a little more enforcement at 1.5 kHz no problem. The frequencies can be "packed" and pushed where I want them. That's not the case with every microphone.

Above the drums
I had a drummer there with not so good cymbals, the annoying was hidden. I can make the pelvis very loud without being annoying. The rest of the drums are reproduced very naturally.
Again, I can quickly find the sound where EQen I want him.
My absolute number one OH microphone.
Compared to KM184, the wood of the drums is better reproduced, with more "body". The cymbals sound full without roaring. It just sounds more balanced.
The KM184 sound "flatter" and may thin.

Acoustic guitar
Here again victory, the attack steps back, the heat and the wood come forward. Without it sounds unnatural. A full guitar sound that I can turn to where I want it. Wearing, with body or only brilliant for the background. Here I have used the LowCut to filter out the same, which I do not need anyway.

recorder
A round sound beautiful air noise, body without roar.

Conclusion
You might think it's a fabric softener, dyer, entry-level microphone. I say it is a microphone that can naturally reproduce signals that tend to be perceived as "outgoing" in the ear. As an OH microphone, it always conjures a smile on my face, fine dissolving, rich in detail, full, never shrill and not too expensive. I will buy a second pair on occasion.
