Funktioniert unter allen Bedingungen

Der Rigport ist keine billige Anschaffung, hilft aber
etwas unabhängiger vom Wetter zu werden.

Ich habe mittlerweile vier Stück davon.
Sie waren schon bei mehreren Gigs im Einsatz.
Hauptgrund für die Anschaffung ist die IP54-Zertifizierung
und dass man den Strom elegant durchschleifen kann.

IP54 bedeutet, dass die Steckerleiste einen guten Schutz gegen das
Eindringen von Staub bietet und spritzwassergeschützt ist.
Das funktioniert bei eingesteckten Schuko-Steckern natürlich nur, wenn
auch der Schuko selbst entsprechend geschützt ist.
Ein paar heftige Regenschauer beim letzten Gig, bei denen das Gehäuse und die eingesteckten Kabel durch Spritzwasser nass wurden, hat der Rigport problemlos überstanden.

Das Durchschleifen der Kabel ist eine tolle Lösung um sich Kabelwege zu sparen. Auch liegen die ein- und ausgehenden Powercon-Kabel alle schön flach am Boden und werden nicht zur Stolperfalle.
Um den IP54-Standart zu halten werden natürlich auch die
Entsprechenden Kabel und Stecker benötigt. In diesem Fall
NAC3FX von Neutrik.
Mit diesen Steckern lassen sich übrigens auch leicht selbst Kabel in den benötigten Längen herstellen.

Funktion des Systems ist top.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bei einer der Steckdosenleiste
war eine innen liegende Mutter (aus Plastik) lose.
Nachdem man den Rigport aber problemlos aufschrauben kann,
war es kein Problem diese wieder selbst anzuziehen.
Bei dem Preis sollte das aber eigentlich nicht passieren.

Fazit: Investition hat sich gelohnt.
