Compact Powerhouse with Impressive Features

Just recently purchased the Positive Grid Spark Mini, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with this little monster. Despite its compact size, the Spark Mini packs a punch with a range of features you get through the Spark app.

Firstly, the portability of the Spark Mini is a game-changer. It's lightweight and small enough to take anywhere, which means I can enjoy playing my guitar wherever plus the build quality is solid, and it feels quite durable.

The tones are rich and clear and the volume is surprisingly loud for its size.

Battery life is another strong point for the Spark Mini. I've been able to play for several hours on a single charge, which is more than enough for a typical practice session or jam.

All in all, warm recommendation.

Really pleased with Spark mini - provides great range of amp and effect options. Some reviewers had issue with low sound levels through headphones but I've had no problems - perhaps Positive Grid have fixed it.

I recently bought the Positive Grid Spark Mini after doing a lot of research and having some doubts about whether I should go for this technology or stick with the multi-effect pedals. After using it for approximately 1 month, I have no regrets. It's compact but powerful enough for training and rehearsal at home. The headphones provide an impressive clear sound. However, the highlight is the source of effects and additional features that are impossible to have or combine using the "standard devices".
I strongly recommend it!

Mon besoin : Je l’ai acheté pour pouvoir répéter chez moi avec des bandes sons en arrière plan, je voulais quelque chose se simple, sans fils ( sauf pour la guitare) , et avec des sons corrects, et pouvoir l’emmener aussi en WE.
Il me sert également d’enceinte Bluetooth .
L’appli est bien foutue, bonne ergonomie, c’est simple .
Hé bien il fait le taf !
Pour les sons clairs , ils sont très bons, RAS
Pour les crunch et saturés sont moins bons , mais en passant un p’tit peu de temps pour trifouiller Gain/tone/l’equalistion afin d’obtenir quelque chose de correct, même si la basses sont dans ce cas un peu baveuses. ( privilégier du médium)
Privilégier de baisser le choix d’entrée comme si vous aviez des micros avec un fort niveau de sortie : les simulations répondent mieux pour moi .
Il manque à mon sens dans l’appli un réglage du niveau d’entrée, comme cela existe dans la plupart des pédaliers ou ampli à simulation. La réponse des simulation est très dépendante de cela.

Un défaut est l'entrée Auxiliaire , inutilisable pour y brancher un pédalier, la latence de cette entrée est de au moins 0.5s !
cette entrée ne peux servir qu'à y connecter une source audio, mais pas un instrument pour jouer en "live"

Thomann : commande arrivée rapidement, mais un peu déçu par la protection du colis Posive Grid’ qui se promenait librement dans un carton de Thomann avec un bout de papier sensé caler le dit colis : pas sérieux ce manque de soin, 2 ou 3 papiers en plus auraient éviter au colis de se ballader dans l’emballage thomann.
Sinon Thomann est globalement Top
