This product helped me to adjust the height on the shoulder side of my Korfkerrest. By combining the extra long foot on the chest side, you’ll be able to hold your violin extremely flat (if that’s your preference, certainly mine). It’s so good, I truly think Pirastro should include this in the Korfkerrest package.

Such good review but why four stars? C’mon, roughly €40 just for an extra attachment? Unjustifiably expensive!

Great quality, bizarre price

This is an optional, low foot for the Korfker Rest. I bought one, then another, for the Korfker for my viola to make the rest as low as possible. But paying an additional 88€ for two optional parts just to get the right height on an already overpriced shoulder rest is not the happiest turn of events. Of course, this is Pirastro's pricing policy, and putting any price they deem adequate is their prerogative. Otherwise, the build quality is great, and the Korfker Rest feet are the best I've seen yet, they really don't budge when placed correctly on the instrument.

So, one star less just because of the price.
