Pearl ISS-0810 ISS Tom Hold System

I wanted to upgrade my old 10" Sonor "Force 2000" tom.
The hoops seem to be 1,6 mm but obviously are a little bit thicker. The Pearl Vison ISS holder's clamp does not fit the hoop. Maybe I'll try the 2,3 mm ISS.
Would have gone for Optimounts which I use on all my other toms but the "Force 2000" 10" toms have only 5 tension rods per head.
From the handling, feel and look of it the Pearl Vision ISS seems to be of good quality. But that is all I can say because I did not really use it. The star rating above is speculation (but it is mandatory on this site).
