Good splash, good price

I was positively surprised when this little bugger arrived. It sounds exactly like a splash should sound. At least to my ears...

I have a set of 201 Bronze hats, ride and 16' crash, and complemented it with the PST5 14`medium crash and this 8`splash. The sound of these two series work well together. The colour is also similar, although the newer PST5 has a more flashy/modern look.

Good sound for the price

This splash cymbal has a better sound than I expected for the money. The PST5 range is great value for money and would be suitable for both beginners and gigging drummers. The splash gives a bright musical sound providing nice effects for your music. If you're looking for this type of cymbal, look no further than this one.

Le son est étonnamment bon pour son petit prix, je possédais déjà une china de la gamme PST5.
Le son est équilibré, belle sonorité, bonne résonance (pas trop aigüe). Je la recommande

Nicht ganz so durchsetzungsstark wie das PST7

Ich hab das Splash zusammen mit dem PST7 10" Splash bestellt, weil mir das ZULTAN Aja 8" doch etwas zu krachig war und es ein 8" aus der PST7er Serie leider nicht gibt. Gut klingen beide, allerdings bei der Bandprobe stellte sich dann doch raus, daß das 10" PST7 sich deutlich besser durchsetzt. Macht aber nix, kriegt ein Tontechniker sicher hin, wenn?s live mal zur Sache geht. Es wurde das gleiche Material wie bei den PST7 verwendet (2002 Bronze), dementsprechent klingen die PST5 auch sehr ähnlich. Vom Preis her gab?s dann auch nix zu meckern. Wer seinen Geldbeutel schonen möchte, ist hier bestens beraten. Klare Kaufempfehlung!!
