I'm not a professional sax player, so take my opinion just as that. Coming from alto playing, my transition to tenor was with this mouthpiece. At first I found it dificcult due to the larger air column. Once my diafragm got used to it, I found the mouthpiece quite accomodating to my developing embrochure. I tend to find the control over the lower octave more demanding that the upper ones. The sound is bright but not so much as other models I have tried, like Aizen, f. e. I'm working now in my altissimos and having a hard time with it. The mouthpiece is not to blame though. I will stick to it for the time beeing

Otto Link Tone Edge Tenor 7
The Tone Edge Tenor 7 from Otto Link has a very strong, dark and deep sound which appeals to me personally. Since I used a standard C4 mouthpiece from Yamaha before the Tone Edge Tenor 7 from Otto Link I had to switch once only to the 3 numbers larger track. This went very fast, after about 2 weeks the address of the mouthpiece was perfect. The mouthpiece comes with a protective cap and a leaf screw. The leaf screw is however somewhat wobbly. The mouthpiece is super-processed.
Only small drawback: Ab eb '' 'the address leaves something to be desired. This can also be due to the player ;-)
Conclusion: A super saxophone mouthpiece that is super-processed and in a good price-performance ratio stands.
