I use this with my acoustic-electric guitar, and it adds a solid, vigorous character to my sound. The blend knob is awesome—it lets me use compression parallelly without squashing the natural attack of the strings. The clip function is super handy too, adding a tasteful bit of saturation that just makes everything sound warmer. Really happy with how it works!

nein, obwohl das hier in einer anderen Bewertung steht: der "clipping"-Modus fügt k e i n e Verzerrung hinzu — im Gegentum wird hier das Signal noch komprimierter; z. B. sehr geil für "gesquashte" Funk-Sachen. In diesem Modus betreibe ich das Kästchen, habe den Sustain-Regler und den Blend-Regler auf 3 Uhr — letzterer ist dafür verantwortlich, dass selbst bei dieser Extremeinstellung noch das attack der tiefen Saiten erhalten bleibt anstatt zu vermumpfen... Rauschen hält sich dabei erstaunlich zurück!

Ich hatte die ganze Zeit einen Boss CS-3 auf dem Trittbrett; da musste ich mich entscheiden: entweder "twang" auf den dicken Saiten (attack-Regler auf Linkssanschlag) ODER gesquashte funkyness (attack-Regler höher). Beim "nux" geht wegen des blend-Regler beides gleichzeitig; da habe ich gestaunt..!

Dazu kostet es weniger als die Hälfte vom CS-3 und beansprucht weniger Platz auf dem Trittbrett... Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist der Hammer!
