Fit for purpose
This is OK. It's reassuringly heavy and stable. It is not of the highest quality but for the price one cannot complain.
It holds my Shure Beta 52A fine. The mic is a tiny bit high to sit bang in the middle of my 20" bass drum. Personally I always mic it a little off centre anyway, but if this is an issue for you this might be useful info.
The middle of the upright piece also extends which I hadn't realised when I bought it - so you can get extra height if you need it. I don't. But that might be useful for micing up the top of a guitar cabinet or combo for example. Or a MASSIVE bass drum!
I'd buy it again as for the price point you can't go wrong and its perfect for micing bass drums - solid and stable but not too big.
Delivery, as usual, quick and effective. Thanks Thomann!

Good
It's good, but I wish there was some more adjustment height-wise. Other than that it feels like it's gonna last a lifetime.

Very limited mic placement
Fairly sturdy stand, I haven't had any problems with more or less only mic placement possible: against the drumhead, down the bottom corner of the drum. It won't reach inside the drum, and it's too short to reach the middle of the head (I use a 22"). So no room for creative mic placements, but it does the job for its price.

It is ok
Quite heavy but there arrived with rust in places and thread on the base is just weird (not standard). The choke feels cheap and counter-screw at the top is a joke.

a little disappointing
This thing is very simple but it's poorly built. It unscrews easy, too easy to be reliable enough. It also too small for fitting in any bass drum hole, you'll probably need a standard mic boom anyway. It's stable though but the built makes it very unfinished. It's cheap but you get what you pay for,

Not ergonomic for kick mic
I bought it to insert a beta 52 into the kick port, but I can't center the hole as the stand hits the kick rim. Also, clamping the extension part requires a lot of force and still cannot be fully squeezed. Apart from that, its weight, material quality is fine for its price.

Bang for You're Buck
It's okay, get's the job done, it's nice and heavy, but fidgety whilst setting up, unfortunately it's a tad bit too tall for the port on my bass drum, so I'll need to buy a slightly lower rod.

This stand isn't the best stand I've used by a long shot but for the price its usuable. The problem I had with this stand is my drummer has a hole in his kick drum and it wasn't simple to mike it up and you cant put it far into the kick drum so you are restricted.

Quick and dirty but does the job.
Very stable on even surfaces. Rather heavy. Perfect height for bass drums and low speaker cabinets.
Absolutely nothing special but like the headline says: it absolutely does the job.

Not bad, not great
Very cheap stand, came as part of a kit. Welded joins were rough and several parts worked loose. Recommend spending a bit more money and getting a better stand.
