I bought this and the matching cymbal stands as I am now not so young and want my stand case to be lighter when I am carrying it around. I thought these may be ok, given the price, and didn't want to spend twice as much for a gibraltor or similar if they were not to be any good. I must say I am impressed with this. As soon as I set it up I was impressed with how stable it is, and it is lighter which is what I wanted. I thought it may not work with my really heavy Pearl Reference snare, but it holds it just fine. I now have no use for my old double braced stands, unless I'm doing a heavy rock gig or some other person is carting my stuff around.
In brief, these are great for the price. if you need someting lighter, or if you need spare stands for rehearsals etc. these are great. The reason for only 4 stars is that they obviously do not stand up next to my top of the range double braced stuff, but that would set you back more than twice the money. Maybe they will wear out quicker if set up and down every night, but at this price, who cares?

Artfremd used - Caisa
The stand function with me prima around a handpan (Caisa) to keep. Optimal to play in the sitting. The inclination can be adjusted according to taste. For not too big people, the height is enough for standing games. The angles fit wonderfully into the holes on the bottom of the handpan! How done for it. The whole stand makes a good impression for the price.
