The Beater makes at first sight a very good impression, top processed. Use it on the Bass Cajon and Bass Drum.
Sounds 'strong', soft and is a little too soft for me. I would recommend Meinl further variants into the program to take eg with thicker rods or stronger core rod. Then the game on the drums with Rods would be more balanced.
