LP 597 Claves Fibreglass

The first time I used these claves a friend of mine told me “with what did you make this sound?” I showed him these claves and he taught I was joking. As these claves are made from high quality fiberglass, they offer a very crisp and clear sound that penetrates in every situation. They also have a weight penalty on such terms as they weigh more than wooden ones but they don’t chip or notch and are still very easy to control.

Claves für "Wicked"...

Für unser Musikstück "Selections from Wicked" fehlten uns noch durchsetzungsfähige Claves. Freundlicherweise konnte uns ein Profi-Percussionist aushelfen. Der volle, laute Klang hat uns überzeugt. Unser Dirigent war echt begeistert, konnte man die Claves endlich aus dem Schlagwerk heraushören. Deswegen haben wir uns die LP 597 Claves auch gleich für unser Orchester angeschafft.

"Die sind ja nervig!"...

... hört man von seinen Orchesterkollegen, wenn man bei einem Latin-Stück mit diesen Claves aufwartet.

Zuerst: Sie bestehen nicht aus Holz (in das sich gerne mal eine Kerbe frisst, wenn man sie etwas härter anpackt), sondern aus Fiberglas. Das Gewicht ist höher als gewohnt, aber genau das finde ich klasse. Dadurch lassen sie sich prima steuern und spielen.

Mit diesen, hübschen Claves braucht man sich absolut keine Gedanken machen, überhört zu werden. Schon bei mittlerer Spielweise sind sie durchdringend und unüberhörbar.

Mein Dirigent verwendet die gerne mal, um das Tempo zu steuern (sozusagen als Metronom) - und setzt sich damit alleine gegen 50 Musiker bei voller Lautstärke durch.
