Thomann rock and are amazing to deal with I have spent a lot of money over the last years so very happy however...
This pick up is, externally reasonably well made but unfortunately really is not any use if you want any kind of decent sound you have to turn everything up to get any real output and its just noisy with little power and frequency range very poor reproduction but for €33 what can I expect but it really isn't usable Thomann shouldn't be selling this in my opinion as its barely fit for purpose so still looking for an affordable proper working 'Pick Up'for my hand pan
