Etwas strafferer Saitensatz aus Stahl mit einem eher warmen aber trotzdem noch authentischen Klang. Die Saiten ermöglichen eine beachtliche Lautstärke. Am besten geeignet für die madeirische (d'-g-h-d') und die moderne Stimmung (d'-a-h-e'). Achtung: Die Saiten sind nach Dicke, nicht nach Aufzieh-Reihenfolge nummeriert. Die richtige Reihenfolge ist: d'-.009 (#3/4), g-.011 (#1), h-.010 (#2) und noch einmal d'. Auch für 6- und 8-saitige Cavaquinhos zu empfehlen, insofern man dem Hals etwas härtere Saiten zumuten kann.
