This has made such a difference for my playing, so much more comfortable now. It is easily adjusted, and has nice soft padding, also very light so doesn't really add to the weight of the instrument, actually it is lighter, because now my viola sits comfortably, no need to hold with my left hand.

NOT made for longer necks. Seriously. This is soft yet stable and honestly everything a player with a regular sized neck needs. But these feet are not so tall, and taller feet cost 12.50 a piece. So keep that in mind.

Otherwise good product, just not for me.

Great shoulder rest for viola.

Great shoulder rest for viola. I like the pivot action so that it can lay comfortably on your chest and left shoulder. Was a little tricky to get the holder pieces screwed in at first, but once I got the threads lined up, they spun on just fine.
