Handle doesn't match extensions.

I got so frustrated because i have piano tuning in two days, and i got defect product. Extensions don't match handle, and while trying to fit one of them got stuck, and wont get of. I have also paid 20 euros in addition because of the tolls, in the end product costed with shipment around 100 euros and it doesn't work.
