Jackson JS32 Warrior SBK

I got hold of this baby last month, and I had been playing it since. What a monster, it roars like thunder and then suddenly tremolo squeals like devil. Its amazing. It has a basewood body and a rosewood fretboard with 24 jumbo frets. And ofcourse, Jackson will have its Shark Fin inlays to have a trademark jackson look. Humbuckers are fine, I mean they are a bit active high (i.e., they still produce sound, a little hum, even when you are not playing. Solution is to turn the volume knob down.). But this is how Jackson is. Well, the most beautiful feature is the Floyd Rose Tremolo with double locking system plus die cast tuners. Tune it and it will rarely go out of tune even after savage use of the floating bridge. All in all, its a beautiful little monster.

Even with a stock strings she is great to play.
The neck is smooth and the frets fairly quick. The paint job is superb, and tuners quite good.
Would recommend as an substitution to BCRich Stealth.

JS32 Warrior a true Warrior indeed

This was my first guitar. Always fantasied about owing and playing on a Jackson. Finally my dream came true when I ordered for one. Its a great looking guitar that we already know. The finishing is great, the tones sound right. Everything is a beauty about this guitar. However I had(still have) this very small issue with the input jack. On arrival the input jack socket was loose and when I tried to tighten one of the screws, it just would not screw in tight. I unscrewed the whole input jack only to realize that one of the screw holes was drilled too close to the edge of the socket wall and the screw had been forced in and that in turn had chipped of the wood, hence the screw could not stay in place. Well maybe I should have returned it but I was in love with the guitar. I am still playing on it managing to hold the screw somehow.

Otherwise this is a fantastic guitar for any one. I have no more complaints about it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Très bonne guitare de moyenne gamme

Tout d'abord, je justifierais mon choix d'achat de cette guitare pour son look! Et oui, elle ne laisse pas indifférent, la belle, dans cette version noire satinée a vraiment la classe. En fait c'est une arme idéale pour dégainer des riffs hargneux de pur métal!
Je trouve que pour une guitare aux formes peu conventionnelles, elle est étonnamment bien équilibrée et légère et très confortable autant en jeu debout que assis.
Techniquement, les micros double bobinage jackson me semblent largement à la hauteur pour un amateur tel que moi. Les sons qui sortent de mon marshall me le confirment...Après, pour un usage professionnel, c'est sûr que des EMG ou des SEYMOUR seront supérieurs en terme de dynamique et de puissance.
Le manche est agréable même si pour moi les frettes jumbo sont une nouveauté par rapport à mon ancienne Ibanez et m'ont demandé un peu d'adaptation.
Les mécaniques utilisées sont de factures très correctes pour une guitare de cette catégorie de prix.
Pour conclure, si vous n'êtes pas fortuné mais que vous souhaitez vous faire plaisir avec une gratte au look imparable et de bonne qualité, alors ne vous en privez pas, à 320 euros c'est une super affaire.(mention spéciale à Thomann pour la qualité du service, tant au niveau du contact que de la rapidité d'expédition vers la France)
