I have been using it on my fretless electric guitar. I am happy so far, reasonable priced.

Tactile sensations from these strings are unpleasant. In each of the three sets, a string broke on the first day of use; the quality is terrible. I play D'Addario Half Round and wanted to save money by buying these strings. But I'll go back to D'Addario because both the sound and quality are much better.

Good for trying out flats for the first time. But not if you care about your tone.

These strings are decent for the price. An OK option if you just want to try flatwounds without spending €20 on an experiment. However, I wouldn’t buy them again. My D string had a weird tuning issue in one specific part (unrelated to the guitar’s setup or frets); lowering the pitch revealed what might be an internal defect, causing an odd sound when pressing in one specific point of the string. Good strings produce rich harmonics and tonal colours needed for a beautiful sound—these don’t deliver that. Since flatwounds last much longer than roundwounds, saving €10–€12 makes little sense when you could get far better quality instead.
