Ausgezeichnete Mechaniken

Meine gebraucht erstandene D'Angelico Excel SS war serienmäßig mit Grover Super Rotomatic Mechaniken ohne Lockingfunktion ausgestattet. Aufgrund des Designs blieb eigentlich nur der Umstieg auf die Locking Rotomatics über.

Der Einbau verlief ohne Probleme. Die Mechaniken funktionieren butterweich und sind sehr stimmstabil. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Scelta quasi obbligata, perchè volevo sostituire le meccaniche originali della mia D'Angelico EXL-1 con delle meccaniche locking. Queste sono uguali a quelle montate originariamente sulla chitarra e, come quelle, sono ottime. Unico neo: due delle piccole viti da usare posteriormente si erano incastrate in una delle boccole. Ho impiegato più tempo ad estrarre che non a sostituire le meccaniche. Sarebbe opportuno inserire queste viti in una ulteriore busta, separandole così dalle boccole.
