Einfach gesagt: super Snare!!
Klingt in jeder Range von tief a la "80's fat" bis high pitched mit viel "punch" und "Timbale krack". Gleichzeitig aber immer warm, ausgewogen und musikalisch.

Ein gutes Video dazu findet man hier: die grundlegende Charakteristik, Range und Attitude angeht, kann man sich auch an Ash Soans Gretsch Purple Heart Snare orientieren.

Auf jeden Fall ein super Instrument. Ich kann die Snare nur empfehlen.
