A good case but...

I don't know what Gibson were thinking about several years ago when they sold me a Les Paul Special, but the instrument arrived in a gig bag. I have spent a while looking for a better case, one that will provide a degree of protection.
This case is specifically for Les Paul Juniors or Specials, and these instruments fit snugly in the case - no more padding a standard Les Paul case with a t-shirt so that the guitar does not move around!
My only complaint, and this complaint could be aimed at all guitar manufacturers, is the large brand logo printed on the top of the case. Telling the world that you have an expensive guitar in the case is not always a good idea. Apart from this, it is a good case, and I am very happy with it.

Eigentlich alternativlos

Habe eine Edwards LP Special und suchte hierfür einen passenden Koffer. Hatte keinen Bock mit LP Standard Koffern rumzubasteln, die passen eigentlich nie für die Specials und Juniors, hier muss man dann Handtücher unterlegen, oder anderweitige Kompromisse schließen.
Der Gibson Junior Koffer passt wie angegossen, kein Spiel kein wackeln, nichts. Die Halsauflage sitzt optimal und stützt den freien Headstock perfekt ab. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist gut - robuste Schließen und gut verarbeitet Tolex. Ich habe keinerlei Ausdünstungen, Gerüche oder dergleichen wahrnehmen können.
Wer eine Gibson, Epiphone oder Edwards LP Special oder Junior hat, kommt nicht sinnvollerweise um diesen Koffer herum!
