What can I say, great pipe.

Huh, well this is very high quality as you'd expect from Gibraltar. Used it for building a DJ rig along the lines of the Gibraltar Radius workstation.

Love my Gibraltar rack. Yes they can be heavy and it looks like your moving house when you turn up with it all bagged up - but i wouldn't go back to separate stands for full kit setup. I went to town on memory locking everything and in 15mins I can have a 7 pc kit with 6 cymbals set back up exactly as I previously played it. I think they'll always divide the drumming community but I'm a convert if I'm taking my full kit out it will always be my racked setup. If I only need a small set up, i'll just leave my whole rack set up at home and take a few stands and the bits i need. Recommend - memory lock everything!

Ich habe in der Vergangenheit festgestellt, dass Pipes nicht gleich Pipes sind. Die einen bekommen schnell Macken, die anderen schnell Dellen und wieder andere sind unsauber verarbeitet. Thomann hat den richtigen Weg gewählt, das Sortiment mit Gibraltar zu füllen. Zusammen mit einer Multiclamp und einem Stativ-Aufsatz nutze ich die Pipe an meinem Rack als Halterung für mein Overhead.
Einzig das entfernen der Rohrkappe war etwas mühsam um das Kabel des Mikros im Rohrverschwinden zu lassen.

Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Klare Kaufempfehlung!
