Très joli instrument, bon son, en tout cas en tant que novice c'est plus que suffisant. La malette est très pratique.
Il y avait besoin de retravailler le sillet de tête: les cordes étaient trop hautes (sillons pas assez profonds).
J'ai aussi rapidement changé les cordes par D'Addario EJ74 qui sont mieux que la monte d'origine.

Good value for money. Decent volume. Changed strings to D'addario bronze. Improved the sound. Nice action. Finish on f holes a bit rough.

Schöne Einsteiger Mandoline

Ich habe eine Ersatz-Mandoline für das Familien Erbstück gesucht (eine alte Framus aus den 60ern), an der nicht so viele Erinnerungen hängen und auch mal mit genommen werden kann.

Im direkten Vergleich zu einer anderen Mandoline die ich mir bestellt hatte (eine Ortega F-Style) bin ich mit dem Ton und Sustain bei der GEWA um längen zufriedener. Vermutlich liegt das an der massiven Decke.
Die GEWA ist schöner verarbeitet als die Ortega und nicht so kopflastig.
Auch schön: Für den Preis der Ortega F-Style habe ich mit der GEWA nun eine hochwertigere A Style Mandoline UND einen Koffer bekommen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der GEWA. Einziges "Manko" wäre ein fehlender Tonabnehmer. Aber den könnte man nachrüsten wenn man wollte.
