Every new Fender I buy without locking tuners (almost all of them), this is the first thing I get, before the instrument even arrives.
Fenders have a really bad tuning stability to start with, and this helps, to an extent.
These tuners feel too slow to wind up and eager to downtune.
It is not as extreme as Fender´s 1990es tuners with being super slow, but it´s up there.
Most of the value in this is the logo on the back, as most Fender fans are terrified of changing anything, even if it is their own instrument.
The tuners are somewhere in between 2025 chinese locking slop and slightly better than original non locking tuners.
Lots of going back and forth for a perfect tune.
Having said that, I have this on all my Fender guitars.
It helps, and if you play your instruments, you should get at least a set for one of your fenders to see how it performs.
I have 3 strats, all have locking tuners, 2 of them these staggered and the oldest one from 1999 has the original lockaroonies from back then.
