I recently purchased a second hand Fender Princeton Tonemaster - without a foot switch, thinking “that’s OK I’ve got a couple of 2 button switches I can use” - Wrong! Foot switches with “stereo” jack leads don’t work with the Tonemaster range, at least not the Princeton, this uses a standard mono jack.
The pedal is sturdy and well made and the lead can be removed as there is a jack socket on the side - useful if your cable dies or breaks as a guitar lead should do the job just as well.
I figured it was worth leaving a review giving the above info, as more Tonemaster amps are getting into the second hand market and may not have (like mine) the footswitch included.
