Als Kompressor alleine schon sehr gut, aber durch die Boost- Funktion (Dipschalter rechts) geht die Sonne auf. Im Clean- Kanal mit einer Strat sparkelt es so richtig. Die Les Paul in einen verzerrten Amp: Solo- Boost mit Sustain bis zum Abwinken. Alles sehr harmonisch & musikalisch. Bisher der Kompressor, welcher mir am meisten Spaß bereitet (und ich habe so einige).

Great simple universal compressor

Great simple universal compressor for those like me, who are always lost in all the pots on comps like CS3. Or compressor for those, who don’t like compressors:-)
Pros
- simple to setup and sounds
- amazing design
Cons
- noisy at higher ratio/thrs setting(but it comes with the nature)

Kompressor mit Charakter

Aufmerksam auf das Teil bin ich im Internetauftritt eines englischen Musikhauses geworden (... sound like ...) und war dann froh es bei Thomann bestellen zu können.
Der Accountant ist im positiven Sinne nicht neutral, denn in Kombination mit dem Boost gibt es mir amtlichen punch und sustain (in Kombi mit einem Marshall SV20H + TAD Silencer) .
Es gibt einige Videos im Netz die die Vielseitigkeit des Teils unterstreichen. Ich habe es bisher lediglich mit eGitarre ausprobiert, es soll aber auch am Bass eine mehr als gute Figur machen.
Es ist so ein Teil das einfach nur Spaß macht - sehr einfach zu bedienen - schnell eingestellt (nur 2 Schalter und ein Poti für boost). Es lenkt mich nicht vom Musikmachen ab sondern beflügelt es - und das ist eigentlich das schönste Fazit !
