Ich wollte statt meinen starken Dämpfern an den Toms mal etwas anderes ausprobieren, da sie mir doch zu trocken waren. Die Hydraulic Tom Felle sind für mich ideal, da sie die Toms nicht zu tode dämpfen, aber dennoch nicht so offen sind, wie normale ein- oder zweischichtige Felle.

Das Tom klingt tief und satt, klingt schön rund aus und hat vor allem keine (oder je nach Stimmung: sehr wenig) Obertöne.

Utilisation metal extrême sur une pearl criytal beat

Une peau que j'utilise depuis dans ans, sur une "pearl crystal beat". Elle a vécu pas mal de concerts et deux enregistrements d'albums de metal extrême (évidement, j'en ai repris des neuves plusieurs fois).

Je trouve qu'elle conviens parfaitement esthétiquement aux batterie acryliques.

Niveau son, c'est très mat. Parfait pour du metal, mais très peu polyvalent par son manque d'harmonique. Je ne ferai pas se choix si je possédai une batterie en bois.

Tykkään evanssin 360 kalvoista niiden istuvuuden takia.

Näistä kalvoista en itse kyllä henkilökohtaisesti pitänyt. Aivan liian tumppu ääni. Tappoi ainakin omista rummuista resonanssin aivan täysin. Ajoi asiansa vähän liiankin hyvin. En suosittele ainakaan live-käyttöön ilman mikitystä.
