Beautiful mouthpiece, smoky flugel sound!

This is not the easiest mouthpiece to play, but the sound is to die for! It transforms my cheap entry-level flugelhorn to give it a dark, smoky tone. I've since also purchased a 4FL which is a good compromise in being easier to play while still sounding dark, but especially on ballads I prefer to go with the 2FL, purely for that tone!

L'embouchure denis wick 2 fl est une des plus large existant pour le bugle, on obtient un son très rond dans le grave, l'aigu est un peut plus difficile à cause de la profondeur "norme de la cuvette, le répertoire écrit pour cet instrument n'étant pas très étendu dans l'aigu, cela ne porte pas préjudice.
On peut aussi obtenir les notes pédales beaucoup plus facilement avec un son très correct.
Le revetement plaqué or donne un plus grand confort que celui argenté, le bord est assez large ce qui donne une impression accrue de confort peut être au détriment de l'articulation.
Une très bonne embouchure dans l'ensemble
