Good Quality Pick guard/Scratch plate from dAndrea

Of all the pick guards I have on my Jazz Basses,this one, in Agua Pearl blue is my favourite,it takes pride of place on my Fender Jazz Bass 1968.It is very well made,in fact the best I've seen.And the price is a lot less than many other inferior brands,at least it is if you buy it from Thomann.I have seen the same product on the internet for twice the price.If you need a good quality pick guard in a many colour options ,you can't go wrong with this one.

Top quality at very honest price

Top quality 3 layers pick guard. High end material and beautiful colour effect. Really cool!! It adds a lot of character to my bass.
Thinking to the price of the same identical product offered by a more titled brand (F.... yeah that one!) the price of dAndrea offered by Thomann really blows me out!
I got 3: this pearl blue, the pearl red and the glitzy silver, to match all the dress code i feel like on stage ; P

Positiv : ich hab einen Fender Jazz Bass Geddy Lee Serie in schwarz und wollt das silver- original eben gegen das dAndrea JB-Pickguard Aqua Blau tauschen........ Ok. die Farbe gefällt mir ja
die Lochbohrungen passen genau.......nur
Negativ:.... die Oberfläche wirkt doch eher seidenmatt als glänzend und kommt nicht an das Original ran, weil es hat eine doch recht eher seidenmatte Oberfläche und wirkt in der Farbgebung etwas stumpf was mir nicht gefällt
............ die Oberfläche des Originals ist hochglänzend und hat viel mehr Tiefenwirkung und wirkt dadurch viel plastischer
hat Brillanz in der Farbe .......
Sorry aber das Teil wird einen Fender Geddy Lee Bass nicht gerecht und würd ich nicht mehr kaufen
Verarbeitung: 3 Sterne mehr gibt das teil nicht her sonst aber OK
