I've seen better.
This was a gift to my wife, who was looking for a more 90's punk vibe than the regular ole' black strap that everyone and their mother has.
On looks department, it's fine, but the fabric is a bit too rough, especially around the edges, and my Ernie Ball nylon strap ends up getting a lot more use due to it not causing a bit of a rash if you dont want to wear a thick jacket to play guitar for more than 20 minutes.
Honestly, I expected more of Planet Waves, but I guess that it's good enough if your axe is lighter than a typical Jazzmaster, or Tele.

Decent guitar strap
Well judging from the small price, you can't really expect anything amazing. Just an ordinary strap.
Good quality and durability, comfort is poor because of the really rough and thick fabric, especially around the edges. Also I really dig the color, the only reason I bought the strap.

Very stiff at first
Fells really cheap, I bought it out of curiosity and well... I don't think I'll buy another one.
I don't think it's a genuine leather ends on it, it's really stiff and plastic looking. It's hard to tell if its real leather because of a huge plastic layer on top of it.
Anyway I hurt my finger trying to put get it on my guitar.
BUT! The stiching and other parts are great (decals, strap itself & etc)
