This chinrest is made of good materials. I have seen better ebony but at this price I won't complain. The clamp is very well made, the cork is especially nice. Although I prefer Hill style clamps, this kind of regular clamp is lighter and it works well.

Die Stütze hat eine schöne Form und ist gut verarbeitet.
An dieser Art Kinnhalter gefällt mir, dass er entlang des Kieferknochens abgesenkt ist, durch die mittige Anhebung aber gut festgehalten werden kann - ohne unangenehmen Druck auf den Knochen.
Allerdings ist die Möglichkeit, den Kopf nach links zu drehen eingeschränkt, da man an den nach oben gewölbten Rand stößt. Das ist schade, da ich gerne während dem Spiel die Kopfposition ändere, um die Ohren nicht zu ermüden. Ich habe die Stütze dennoch behalten.
