Put on the C-string to battle a wolf on G string. It works well and by feeling it's quite better than "old style" suppressors. For installation, lower the string's pitch, otherwise you might damage it.

Klein, aber wirkungsvoll

Wahrscheinlich der unauffälligste aller Wolftöter (nur 1,4 Zentimeter lang), aber sehr wirksam. Ohne Herumprobieren ging es allerdings nicht ab. Das Teil sitzt nun auf der C-Saite einen Finger breit unterhalb des Steges und unterdrückt den Wolfton (Fis) in allen Oktaven, ohne den Klang des Cellos zu beeinträchtigen. Um Beschädigungen der Saite zu vermeiden, empfiehlt es sich, sie zu etwas entspannen, bevor man sie durch den gebogenen Spalt führt.
