I bought this to replace damaged hinges.
changing hinges on clearsonic screens is a 2 person job and sore on the hands when trying to get them to engage but worth the struggle as they grip well

Fijn dat dit als los onderdeel verkocht wordt. Het is een behoorlijke uitdaging om dit aan je drumscherm te monteren, sowieso moet het met z'n tweeën. Op youtube staat een handig voorbeeldfilmpje.

nel utilizzo di pannelli di plexiglass come barriera per batteria e/o 4 coni ,si richiede non poca forza e molta vaselina.
farlo scorrere non basta ma è necessaria una giusta pressione partendo da uno spigolo per poi fare collimare il tutto.
nell'inserire il secondo pannello si procede come sopra impugnandolo dall'alto verso il basso mettendo il tutto a 90 °
, per poi procedere a seconda dei moduli che si vuole comporre.
consiglio : fatevi aiutare da un amico che mantenga il tutto nella giusta direzione, l'esecuzione richiede pazienza e buona volontà. una volta terminato il tutto però il risultato sarà ottimo, resistente, ben aderente.
considerando il trattarsi di una cerniera in plastica, per quanto di ottima fattura, mi aspetterei in futuro un prezzo più conveniente.

Da ich keine Lust hatte 400 Euro für eine Schallkabine auszugeben habe ich mir eine selbst gebaut.

Acryl-Glas-Zuschnitte im Handel bzw. auf Ebay gekauft und die „Verbinder Clearsonic HNG-A5 Hinge“ bei Thomann bestellt.

Da ich keine 1,6 Meter hohe Kabine wollte, sondern nur 1,3 Meter, musste ich die „Verbinder“ kürzen. Das ging noch ohne Probleme. Hand-Bügelsäge, und sägen.

Ja, und dann kam die Montage. Die erste Scheibe mit zwei „Verbindern“ zu bestücken geht grade noch. Die Nuten sind sehr eng (was gut ist). Mann braucht etwas handwerkliches Geschick und Kraft in den Fingern,

Dann kommt Scheibe 2, 3, 4, ….! Ja, und da geht’s ab. Ich hab mir nicht nur die Finger gebrochen. Nach ca. einer Stunde hatte ich den Bogen raus.

Wenn man das Profil um ca. 90° biegt, kann mit Kantholz und Hammer von hinten gegen die „Nut“ schlagen. Jedoch muss eine zweite Person die Scheibe halten. Das Profil zieht sich dann fast von selbst über die Kante.

Ich glaub, dass ich einiges an Geld gespart habe und die selbstgebaute Kabine ihren Zweck erfüllt.
