I received the guitar with a crack, they considered it a minor issue so I couldn't replace the guitar.
In another dealers if you get a blemish guitar there is a discount on it, I tried to contact support but after some messages they stopped responding, be aware that in case you receive your guitar with damages they will probably won't do anything.
