Fascinating book

Enjoyable book about a guitar maker that sells a lot of instruments but rarely gets talked about. Far more than just a producer of budget-priced Gibson copies, Epiphone has a long and interesting history stretching back to the 19th Century. This book provides a fascinating overview of Epiphone in its various guises from the Stathopoulo era to the 21st century. It contains a lot of information I hadn't found elsewhere and some great photos.

The book is very thorough and complete on the history of Epiphone. There are many anecdotes.
It is a pity that there are few photos. I was expecting many more images of Epiphone's historical and less famous guitars.

Ich besitze einige Bücher über Hersteller. Gut hier: schöne Fotos, kurze, aber informative Artikel. Alles in allem: Eine Bereicherung im Kopf und Bücherregal. Zu einem schlanken Preis alles Wissenswerte. Leider kein Hardcover, aber dies ist dem Preis geschuldet
