Besser als gedacht!

Als langjähriger HDX-User wollte ich beim Umstieg auf die Apple Silicon Welt meine Avid-HDX-Karte mit Interface natürlich unbedingt weiter nutzen. Nach vielen Gruselgeschichten die ich von diversen Expansion-Chassis hörte war ich zuerst skeptisch, aber das Avid HDX TB3 Chassis funktioniert einwandfrei und ohne jede Einschränkung via Thunderbolt mit meinem neuen Mac Studio M2 Max. Für den Einbau der HDX-Karte braucht man auch kein teures Spezial-Kabel zur Stromversorgung, denn das Original HDX-Kabel mit dem Mini-6-Pin-Format am anderen Ende passt perfekt auf den Anschluß im HDX TB3 Chassis und dazu sieht das Chassis auch ganz edel aus. Also ich bin mehr als zufrieden, weil es einfach technisch super funktioniert!
