disappointing violin case

After 2 years of use, the straps on the case are broken. I exchanged a few emails with Artonus, and the answer was very disappointing. They told me "sorry, but the straps are not part of the violin case."
I caught the violin case mid-air when the straps broke while I was trying to put it on my back.
With Bam, I never had this kind of problem, and they have an outstanding customer service.
So, my conclusion is that Bam is like the Mercedes-Benz of the Cases, while Artonus works like a very cheap case, but the price is not cheap.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung!!

Ich hab mir den Koffer online angesehen und hab mich sofort verliebt! Es ist einfach ein wunderschöner Koffer! Die verschiedenen Farben und Muster die angeboten werden sind einfach richtig schön! Mal etwas anderes zu den meist stink langweiligen Koffern. Ich muss sagen, ich musste mich schon etwas überwinden 300€ dafür zu bezahlen, aber jetzt wo ich ihn habe würde ich ihn sofort wieder kaufen! Die Farben, die Verarbeitung, die Ausstattung … alles einwandfrei, sauber und wunderschön! Sogar wasserfeste Reißverschlüsse!
Man bekommt wirklich was man bezahlt.
Eine klizekleine Verbesserung könnte es aber trotzdem noch geben, ein Schloss würde das ganze zum absoluten Traum machen.
Aber auch ohne Schloss ist der Koffer durch und durch sein Geld wert!
Braucht man so einen teuren Koffer? Nicht unbedingt, aber wer vom auspacken bis zum verstauen der Geige freude am spielen haben möchte, so ist das genau das richtige!
Bin mir auch ziemlich sicher, dass mir dieser Koffer noch seeeehr viele Jahre freude bereiten wird.

Also 100%ige Kaufempfehlung!!
