Comfortable compared to pervious velours pads

I needed a replacement pad for my K702 65th Anniversary edition which, just like its stock pad it was comfortable and not sweat inducing. It also provides more bass thanks to its firmness as well as eliminates uneven positioning over your ears.

I also have stock velour pads for K702/Q701 and when compared with the gel pads, it wasn't as comfortable coupled with weak bass.

All in all, it's a great replacement pad for your annie and K712. You can also use these pads on other K7XX products as well. Although the price might be high however it's definitely worth every penny if you want to "upgrade" from your current AKG K7XX stock pads.

P.S Originally I was about to buy these pads from my local official AKG distributors (part #5021871) though the price was way too high compared to thomann.de. The delivery was also ridiculously long (2~4 weeks) which ultimately I decided to order from here. In the end, I'm very satisfied with thomann's price and quick delivery.

Good, comfy but.....

So the first thing is (my fault for not noticing ) but this is just one earpad.so for 2 it's 100 euro. That's pretty pricey. That aside I brought these for akg k702's they fit perfect and are very good quality, much better comfort level than the pads that came stock. But are they worth 100 euros? Do they make that much difference to the 702's? Imho no.

Extremely comfortable & extended bass response!

Well worth the purchase, if you are sitting on the fence I would really picking them up. Makes my K612 Pro headphones even more comfortable.

It feels like the bass is greatly extended, if you are a fan of hip hop or electronic music the purchase is a must!
