Tonally expressive and very grippy

Mainly used with six-string electric, but also with six-string acoustic. High quality pick (as it should be for the price!) The pick is very grippy and stays where you place it even with intense picking. Although I am no shredder, I dont think I could pick particularly quickly with this pick as it has a very sharp point. However, that sharp point also means you can, relatively easily, get very expressive tones, by altering the angle of attack of the pick against the strings. I have rated the durability (you need to rate all categories to submit your review), but feel I cant make a fair comment on that as I have only played for about two hours with it so far! Having said that, the Switchblade does not appear to be worn at all after those two hours.

Clear clean sound

The V-picks are well made, and seem to be long lasting. The Switchblade is great for fast picking, has a sound that is not too toppy. Has some pick noise that is easily heard on quieter passages (like many of these acrylic picks). I can recommend to lead players.
