A bad design for cartridge holders

Unfortunately the design of this case was not well thought out. The holders for the cartridges are far too tight thus you need to use some force to get them out. I have broken 2 needles using this case after having to pull out the cartridges with some force causing me to hit the needle against the opposite side. Very dissapointed, this was meant to protect my needles but did the opposite. I have ortofon club cartridges so not like they are an unusual size or anything and very expensive to replace.
