Repo 16.01.2024

Replaced plastic pins from Yamaha ll6 with these. These wooden pins removed some annoying high overtones. I will keep these.

The bridge pins fitted really fine on my Taylor 114e.

Not a standard size

The quality of these looks good. Sadly they do not fit in my acoustic guitar. It aint a Taylor, I figured it was a universal size. It is not so if you're not absolutely sure they'll fit, don't buy em cause chances are they won't.

Great pins!

I cannot speak on behalf of people owning guitars other than Taylor because I heard that they might not fit on every instrument but as far as an upgrade from the stock pins the difference is quite noticeable. The tone became warmer and the overtones sound more rounded than with the standard ones. I did not expect it to make a HUGE change but I heard a difference as soon as I strum that first chord. It's not a huge change but each string is warmer and rings out better so it adds up to quite a nice and inexpensive upgrade!
